RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returned products must be new, unused, and, if applicable, in their original box.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (the box containing the purse must be in excellent condition). If any returned item is soiled or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.

Upon receiving the package, NÄM will determine if the returned product is in as-new condition. No return will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, this use and damage rendering the product unsuitable for sale.

If NÄM does not accept the returned item for the above reasons, the item will be then returned to the customer at his or her own expense. The customer may not demand any type of compensation or refund eligibility except, at a later date, when exercising warranty rights on sold products.
Your Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags should all be included where provided. If your order did not include the proper packaging please email us at info@nammx.com Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.

Any returned Products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by NÄM.

Refunds are generally processed within 4-6 weeks of when the returned item is received at our warehouse.

For international orders, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

NÄM monitors the number and condition of Products returned and orders cancelled by customers.
Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your NÄM account or future orders being refused.

You have 10 days from receiving your order to:

•Create your exchange or return in your NÄM account
•Book your complimentary collection
•Send your purchase back to us
•Final Sale: Products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.
•Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 10 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.
 You will only be entitled to a money back if the item has a manufacturing defect and will have a guarantee.
•Promotions: Products that are purchased with a Promotion are not eligible for return or a refund.

Product Compliances- Warranty for hidden defects

Products deemed non-compliant are consistent with these criteria
- model error
- color error
- Overall quality subject to validation by customer service and photos sent.

Canceling Your Purchase

All items must be returned new, unused and with all NÄM garment tags attached within 10 days of receipt.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We are unable to make any changes to an existing order once it has been placed. This includes canceling your order, updating an address, updating an item, and/or combining any shipments.

Bags & Accessories

The packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please handle light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Returning your purchase

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, let us know. You have 10 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:

You will only be entitled to a money back if the item has a manufacturing defect and will have a guarantee.

If you would like to return a Product not listed above, please use the provided return label within your original shipment. To request a replacement return shipping label:

•Sign in to your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return.

•Click on the "CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN" button and choose the reason for return. If you’d like an exchange, select the piece.

•Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. We’ll then send you an email with your return instructions with the prepaid shipping label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable)

•Sign the returns proforma invoice included in the box with your order. Make sure you leave your package open so the contents can be checked.

•Arrange your free collection with the courier who delivered your purchase:

•You will also receive a “Return Requested” email confirmation with a copy of the label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable) attached.

•Our free return shipping does not apply to items outside the country to where they were originally shipped.
